Highways Highway 21, located 2 kilometers west of Elnora provides access to the Village of Delburne to the north and the Town of Trochu and Three Hills to the south. Secondary Road 590, located just north of Elnora. connects to the Town of Innisfail to the west and the Mackenzie Crossing of the Red Deer River and the Village of Big Valley the the east.

UTILITIES
Residential water ($16.00 per month) Sewer ($7.00 per month) Garbage ($13.00 per month) Or $444.00 per year Post dated cheques or monthly payments are accepted. Paying the full year of services during January or February will result in a $5.00 discount!
Dog Licenses are also due for the year, and soon Cat Licensing may begin as well. For the 2008 year, please note when licensing your animals to bring in papers if they have been spayed or neutered as the licensing fee is different. The fee for a fixed animal remains at $8.00, and $10.00 for unfixed for the year if purchased during January or February. Any licenses purchased after February of the year will be $25.00 for fixed and $30.00 for unfixed (unless it is a new animal to the home, then you have 60 days to obtain a license at the lower rate). There are many changes proposed for the Animal Control Bylaw. If you would like more information on this or any other bylaw in the Village, please contact the office at your convenience.
Air Services The nearest airport is in Three Hills, permitting everything except scheduled passenger service. The nearest passenger airport is in Red Deer. The nearest commercial and air freight services are in Calgary International Airport.
