2025 ASSESSMENT AND PROPERTY TAX NOTICES
Property Assessment:
Pursuant to Section 311(1) of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26, notification is hereby given the Village of Elnora mailed all combined Property Assessment and Taxation Notices on the 30th of April, 2025.
All assessed persons are deemed to have received notification as a result of this publication. If you have not received your combined Property Assessment and Taxation Notice for property owned in the Village of Elnora, please contact the Village Office at 403.773.3922 or elnoraab@gmail.com
The Assessment roll can be viewed below or at the Village Office during office hours.
Property Assessment Appeal:
If you or your agent wish to file a complaint to the Assessment Review Board, you must complete an Assessment Review Complaint Form, link below, and return said form to the Village Office along with the required fee. Assessment complaints must be received by the complaint date noted within your combined Property Assessment and Taxation Notice, 60 days from the date of mailing. Fees may be refundable with favourable review or as per the Boards discretion.
Tax Payments:
Payments can be made through your financial institution (when available), via mail, or in person at the Village Office. Please allow for mailing time if making payment by mail. Please contact the Village Office for confirmation of payment. Receipts can be picked up at the Village Office during office hours or sent via mail or email upon request.
